The Practice and Facility…..
Furthermore, if you earned a degree to practice medicine â€" that is all you will do here. The hospital provides all the staff and equipment and takes care of all billing and collecting â€" no worries about payer-mix or collecting! All you do is come to work and practice medicine.
Superb Compensation…
This is an employed position at the hospital. Physicians have a guaranteed salary for 2 years ($175-200k). At the beginning of the third year internists move to production status â€" compensation migrates to 50% of GROSS billings. Employer pays all malpractice. Furthermore, as an underserved area this site qualifies for NHSC loan repayment.
