Description: Big Sky Animal Medical and Surgical Referral Center is presently looking of Board Certified Internist/Emergency Veterinarian right now, this career will be placed in Montana. Further informations about this career opportunity please read the description below. Immediate opening for a boarded Internist and a weeknight emergency veterinarian at a referral clinic in Montana. AAHA certified, we receive referrals from throughout Montana and Canada. We are staffed with two boarded Surgeons, three general practitioners and two rotational emergency veterinarians for our weekend emergency service which will be expanded to 24/7 coverage with both a veterinarian and technician on site. We have ten certi! fied veterinary technicians with two more on the way.
! We have an on-site CT, fluoroscopy, endoscopy/bronchoscopy, digital radiography including dental, IDEXX Lab station and ultrasound with color doplar. All radiographs, CT scans and ultrasounds can be digitally submitted for evaluation off site. We have recently purchased a ligasure system for surgery. The clinic routinely does TPLO's, Total Hip replacements, fracture repairs and neurosurgery.
We are looking to expand the internal medicine portion of the practice for the region. Our rehab center is staffed for medical and surgical rehabilitation of patients. We have an underwater treadmill, therapeutic ultrasound, acupuncture and PRP therapy.Great Falls is centrally located in Montana on the Missouri River with less than 30 minute access to mountains. It is a fly fisher's paradise in the summer and skiers paradise in the winter.
We are offering a 4 day work week with no weekends or call, but still the 24 hour support cases need. Benefits include licensing, ! DEA, health insurance, CE support and much more.
