We are looking for a Parts Documentation Controller for the Spare Parts Documentation department at Aftermarket Norway, to contribute to the creation and maintenance of Spare Parts Documentation for our internal and external customers. The position reports to the Manager for Documentation, Spare Parts, Aftermarket Norway. At present there are 11 people working at this department.
Responsibilities:
- Create documents and parts lists
- check and verification of drawings and parts lists
- Coordination of work flow
- Progress reporting
- Assembly of Spare Parts Catalogs (Smart Book format)
- Check of complete Spare Parts Catalogs
- Maintenance of Spare Parts Catalogs
Qualifications and skills:
The position requires experience with dokument handling and assembly of document catalog/dossier. Experience with NOV processes and work methods, as well as creation and use of NOVs Smart Book setup will be beneficial. You need to be flexible, well organized and have problem solving skills. You need to have a keen eye for details, be able to focus on our customers’ various needs and to be motivated by working in a fast-paced environment. You need to be fluent in English, both in writing and verbally.
