G&A Surveillance is seeking a customer service representative to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls for product and service questions; suggesting information about other products.
 - Respond to email correspondence quickly and competently.
 - Processing, picking and packaging orders.
 - Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
 - Be a multi-tasker, switching between multiple screens and programs with speed and ease in order to provide quick and accurate information.

 - Previous customer service experience is a plus.
