Customer Implementation Associate


 
Osano is hiring a Customer Implementation Associate who is looking to make a difference at an early-stage startup that is shaping the fast-growing privacy industry. In this role, you’ll gain an intimate knowledge of our customers, data set, and web application to assess privacy pain points and design delightful solutions. You’ll report directly to our Director of Customer Experience and will work alongside our Customer Implementation team to help educate + onboard new customers throughout the implementation process. You’ll also have the opportunity to become a privacy expert and provide key insights of the industry to our customers.

The Role

  • Assist with the customer implementation and technical configuration of our software product.
  • Drive adoption by training customers to confidently use our platform to its full potential.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to support the entire lifecycle of a customer, including tracking key metrics in the customer journey.
  • Delight the customer with quick responses to their technical support requests.
  • Become a privacy expert for our customers + provide them with insights into the privacy industry as well as trends on new data privacy laws.
  • Build strong relationships with customers by being responsive and proactively checking in before transitioning them onward to our Customer Success team.
  • Be the voice of the customer to other internal teams, which is essential for our product’s continued success.

About You

  • You have some experience working in a customer-facing role or you’re interested in transitioning into the tech sector with a passion for helping customers in a technical capacity.
  • You have some basic knowledge of client-side languages, such as: Javascript, CSS, HTML, and can describe the differences between these coding frameworks.
  • You have some exposure to Hubspot’s CRM or have worked with similar CRM systems.
  • You have a natural intuition for what makes for an accessible, functional, and delightful customer experience.
  • Lastly, you thrive in a remote environment. For us, that means being curious, proactively communicating, and bringing ingenuity and initiative every day.

Compensation
Depending on your skill and experience, you can expect your annual compensation to be somewhere between $75,000 and $85,000 + stock options upon joining the company.
