We are seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative to work with wide range of administrative and support activities and aide in the efficient operation of the organization.
The Remote Customer Service Representative must be effective in planning, prioritizing, and executing tasks in a timely manner. They must also exhibit skills in building and maintaining good relationships both internally & externally. The ideal candidate is both approachable and respectful, comfortable with new technology, virtual meeting platforms and scheduling systems.
Responsibilities:
- Calendar management (scheduling conference calls, telepresence meetings, etc.)
- Accurately arrange complex, detailed and frequently changing travel plans and itineraries
- Travel and expense processing
- Handling technology and equipment issues
- Assist with various administrative aspects of the department
- Must be resourceful, professional and able to work well with people with different interpersonal styles
Qualifications:
- Administrative and analytical skills
- Experience supporting an executive with demonstrated ability to manage multiple & competing priorities
- Excellent attention to detail, time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
- Ability to work independently, multi–task, handle confidential and sensitive material with highest degree of integrity
- Demonstrated ability to interact with senior level executives
- Strong executive presence; superior interpersonal communications skills, exhibiting a calm, positive and professional demeanor.
- Effective style - able to solve problems and diffuse issues; contributes to an enjoyable and professional work environment
