The Patient Care Coordinator serves as the voice and face of Dedicated Sleep to our most important customers. The primary goal of the PCC is to provide exceptional support to Dedicated Sleep’s office partners and patients. The PCC's are responsible for coordinating and managing the patient journey for patients with Obstructive Sleep Apnea while ensuring thorough and compliant documentation for insurance reimbursement. The PCC is also an account manager that is dedicated to key accounts to help them grow, access our proprietary systems and platforms, and provide outstanding care. This role is a key contributor to fulfilling Dedicated Sleep’s mission statement: “All people deserve the highest level of care available, AND at the lowest cost possible- because the right to SLEEP WELL belongs to everyone.”

· Ensures data integrity, safety, confidentiality and compliance with state, federal, and other regulatory agency requirements
· Ability to understand and manage commercial insurance plans working with multiple providers
· Willing and able to execute a separate patient data privacy agreement (HIPAA Regulation Compliance)
· An associates or bachelors (2 or 4 year) degree or directly relevant comparable work experience
· 3+ years of relevant experience and a proven track record of success in similarly challenging and rewarding roles; relevant certification a plus
