Position

The EWS Support I will be responsible for ongoing support for one or more of our moving support products to include MoversSuite, Vans, MSWarehouse at a beginner level. This will include the ability to handle all related support incidents to include providing timely and efficient updates and solution to customers and implementation team via phone, web, or email.

Job Responsibilities

  • Respond quickly and efficiently to phone calls, tickets and emails from product users
  • Troubleshoot basic customer support requests to a satisfactory resolution
  • Update documentation as needed
  • Share information and ideas from customers with the product team
  • Keep up to date on all product changes and new products
  • Train customers as needed

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or related work experience
  • 1-3 years of customer service experience
  • Basic Accounts Receivable/ AR knowledge
  • ***MoversSuite and moving experience is an asset
  • Must be able to work 8:30 am to 5:30 pm Mountain time
  • Adequate use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and general computer knowledge
  • Outstanding interpersonal and business communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to work alone with personal responsibility as well blend into a team when needed
  • Effective time management and schedule adherence skills a must with ability to prioritize
  • Establish and maintain effective relationship expectations of external and internal customers
  • Learn on the fly when facing new problems by analyzing and finding solutions in a timely manner
  • Occasional travel required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
