We are a Trucking company headquartered in Rowland Heights, CA. We are looking for a Port Dispatcher to assist our dispatch team. We are looking for an individual who takes initiative, good attention to detail and shares our core values.
Below are the skills we are looking for in a Dispatcher:
- MUST be computer savvy and have strong experience working with PCs and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). If you are not fast with a computer, you are most likely not going to be suited for this job.
- Detail orientated where accuracy is our number one requirement
- Fast learner and able to handle pressure
- Ability to work in an extremely fast-paced environment and multi-task
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist with scheduling service and dispatch drivers
- Other duties and special projects as assigned
- Team player and able to process information and learn new things quickly
Previous dispatch experience a big plus but no experience is required. All industrial specifics are trained onsite. Fast learning ability is required.
The candidate will undergo extensive training and must be able to learn fast. During the first 3months, the candidate will be a dispatcher assistant. Your performance will be avaluated after 3months and decide weather you can move forward to being a Port dispatcher or stay as a dispatcher assistant.
The rate is Php49,500 - Php73,800 per month, no overtime pay.
3months probation.
