Always delivering crave-able food, in a timely manner, that meets or exceeds Chick-fil-A Quality Requirements- Coaching the behaviors of all Leaders and Team Members who work in the Kitchen
- Have a hustle that creates surprisingly fast Speed of Service
- Attention to detail that ensures preparation and production procedures are followed
- Execution of systems that ensure a refreshingly clean environment
- Maintaining a work environment that ensures and promotes food safety
- Vigilant attention to the organization and appearance of the kitchen
- Ensuring the kitchen is ready for a Backstage Tour with a four-minute lead time
- Daily assign kitchen crew to positions and ensure all pickup/delivery orders are made in a timely manner
- Coaching, evaluating, and providing accountability for all Kitchen Team Members
- Aligning daily practices of the Kitchen with the Vision of the organization and with the Goals of the organization
- Responsible for the repair and maintenance of all equipment used in the Kitchen
- Either repair “in-house” or call appropriate repair person for broken equipment within 24 hours of notification of problem
- Track and eliminate waste of food
- Responsible for team building, and coaching members of the Kitchen Team
- Responsible for all checklists, truck orders, and produce orders

- Ability to perform various motor skills, such as lifting, reaching, bending, twisting, pushing, pulling, squatting, grasping and arm-hand coordination on a continuous basis
- Ability to multi-task as well as stay on task and concentrate with constant interruptions

Qualifications:
- High school degree is required. BA/BS in Food Service or Culinary Management is preferred
- A minimum of five (5) years of experience in the hospitality industry
- Knowledge of financial, budgetary, accounting, and computational practices
- Demonstrates loyalty, integrity, motivation, trustworthiness, dependability, empathy, and professionalism

- Able to lead, coach and delegate a team of individuals in a fast-paced environment
