As Customer Service Representative, you are the key component in providing excellent customer service by creating World Class customer service experiences for home and office cleaning customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads from a variety of sources.
  • Communicate with potential clients and understand their needs.
  • Generate proposals and invoices based on client requests.
  • Implement marketing initiatives to reach target audience.
  • Answer incoming calls.
  • Respond to customer emails.
  • Schedule in-home service appointments with one of our trained Cleaning Technicians.
  • Effectively communicate with the customer to ensure they understand the appointment time and services needed.

Requirements:

  • Willing and able to sit for long periods of time.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Able to focus on multiple projects at once.
  • Willing and able to pass a background and drug screening.
