The Licensing Coordinator plays an integral role within the Sony Pictures Television’s Game Shows division. SPT’s Game Shows handles licensing and consumer products for the nation’s top syndicated shows including Wheel of Fortune and Jeopardy!. The Licensing Coordinator will be handling daily administrative tasks and department projects.
Responsibilities
- Support team in managing licensing portfolio and day-to-day responsibilities
- Enter licensing contracts in License Maestro
- Manage all artwork submissions and product approvals from concept to distribution
- Process department invoices
- Create and maintain materials such as brand presentations, one-sheets, team newsletter, licensing documents
- Project manage tradeshows, client meetings, and integrations
- Research potential business opportunities and trends
- Coordinate assets across departments
- Collaborate and build strong relationships across the organization
- Maintain product archive
- Perform other duties as requested
Qualifications
- Computer Proficient: Office, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet
- BA/BS or equivalent experience required
- Preferably 2-3 years of licensor product approval experience
- Highly organized with strong follow-through and time management skills
- Effectively responds to pressure or crisis situations and acts professionally
- Must possess a “can-do” and “will-do” attitude
- Positive energy level and enthusiasm for the iconic Wheel of Fortune and Jeopardy! brands
- Must be detail-oriented
- Ability to juggle multiple projects at once and prioritize
- Must be flexible to change, a creative thinker and problem solver, and accustomed to working in teams as well as a self-starting individual
- Excellent communication skills (spoken and written)
- Comfortable and willing to present
- Familiar with pop culture and current entertainment
