Job description

Job Brief:

  • MLHG's Guest Relation Executive is in charge of handling ALL ordering, Inquiry and concerns of our valued guest of Mama Lou's Italian Kitchen, Nonna's Pizza Napoletana, Mamafood Cloud Kitchen and all brands under Mamafood
  • The Guest Relation Executive handles orders for many/bulk orders from Mama Lou's Italian Kitchen, Nonna's Pizza Napoletana, Mamafood Cloud Kitchen and all brands under Mamafood.
  • The Guest Relation Executive handles the Hotline regarding orders, inquiries and concerns.
  • The Guest Relation Executive is monitoring ALL ordering channels and reservations (Botty, Yelo and Direct order on Facebook DM, Instagram DM, SMS and Call)
  • The Guest Relation Executive is Incharge of monitoring the Complaints and Feedbacks sheet.

Scope of Work:

  • Time to time monitoring Facebook page inquiries, orders and complaints.
  • Time to time monitoring ALL ordering channels.
  • Establish a good relationship among Guest.
  • Actively listen and resolve guest complaints and concerns.
  • Responding to guest needs.
  • Provide Good Customer Service.
  • Answering Calls and Messages on our hotline.
  • Handling bulks Orders to All Branches

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
