Job Summary
We are looking for a Quality Driver who has the ability to drive through initiatives and changes, as well as act as a lead auditor to help us deliver our Quality and Safety ambitions.
The position is in the Quality & Management System team, which is one of six departments in the Processing Solutions & Equipment (PSE) Quality and Safety organization.
Within our organization, One Common Certificate (OCC) is our global multisite certificate for ISO 9001 Quality, ISO 14001 Environment and ISO 45001 OHS, covering more than 4000 employees in production and engineering organizations in PSE.
Job location can be in the United States, Brazil, India, Sweden, France, Denmark or Italy.
What you will do
As one of the Quality Drivers, you will primarily:
- Contribute to the PSE Quality plan
- Drive Quality or Care to assist (C2A) initiatives e.g the OCC Organization Transformation including coaching of some of the targeted organizations
- Ensure Quality and secure compliance to Quality policy across PSE
- Support the strategy and training delivery around our Quality Strategic capabilities e.g. our ISO standards, OCC foundation, advanced auditor training
- Support the development of the quality mindset through consolidation of maturity assessments across PSE
- Drive the global Quality Operational Review meetings
- Communicate, align and support the organizations’ stakeholders within PSE as part of your daily activities.
You will also focus on
Your responsibilities will also be to contribute to the integration strategy of new sites/organizations/standards into our multisite certificate and drive their inclusion according to our OCC approach.
You will support the development and planning of the internal audit plan in the organization.
As lead auditor, you will manage and perform the required audits (extended internal audits and internal audits).
It will also be key to contribute to improvements (incl. its next generation) and support the systems/processes/tools used to uphold our accreditation for planning, registering and monitoring audits/findings and document management.
Who you are
- Master Engineering degree or equivalent, if possible specialized in Quality
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in Quality Management
- Must master and be certified auditor in ISO 9001
- Have a deep knowledge of ISO 9004, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
- Strong Change Management and Project Management skills with ability to act as a change ambassador
- Able to work across boundaries, able to navigate within a global organization
- Ability to work independently
- Proven stakeholder management experience and drive for results
- Power BI knowledge
- Business Fluency in English
- Strong planning and communication skills
- Competences in our internal C2A (Care to assist) process is a plus
