We are looking for a self-motivated, organized, resourceful, tech savvy, and detail oriented candidate who is interested in working in a client facing role. To be successful in this role, you must possess a “can do” attitude and balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growing, and think-on-your-feet environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must.
We are positioning this role to grow into a strategic business partner with our clients. You will facilitate not just their happiness, but execution of strategies and tactics that create client value, leading to increased revenue for TrueML Products. In this role, you are well positioned to grow in responsibility and impact at a high-growth organization.
What You'll Do:
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, helping educate and enable their ability to realize the full value of TrueML’s first party digital platform - Retain
- Own communications with TrueML’s clients - including routine client “health checks” as well as conducting periodic business reviews with clients
- Proactively track and report on customer metrics
- Monitor client collection performance and make recommendations to improve collections
- Support Client Onboarding by working closely with Implementation Managers to understand system features and capabilities
- Identify and drive process improvement opportunities to increase client happiness, reduce cost, or increase revenue
- Develop a strong grasp of what drives consumer engagement and repayment behavior in order to serve as a strategic partner for our clients

What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent relevant experience
- Clear understanding of the importance of customer service delivery
- Experience initiating and developing client relationships
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated skill in problem-solving, negotiating, and resolving conflicts
- Ability to learn how to translate data into business insights
- Proficient with technical tools to pull and analyze data - Excel / Google Sheets
- Ability and desire to learn and use technical tools to support client implementations
- Strong attention to detail and critical thinking
- Ability to work in a fast paced and changing environment and balance multiple deliverables
- Experience in a collections environment is highly desirable
