Foul Ball Safety Now is looking to hire one law school student ambassador to take lead in grassroots effort to end "The Baseball Rule." This reportfrom ESPN highlights the widespread danger of inadequate safety measures at ballparks. Foulballsafetynow.com aims to protect fans at baseball events from injury by demanding that the legal field advocate for fans by increasing protective netting and abolishing the 100+ year old "Baseball Rule" that shields team owners from liability when fans are maimed or killed by foul balls hit into the stands.
In support of these goals, we are looking for a lead campaigner to gain traction with law school students through social media by increasing awareness of the injustice of "The Baseball Rule" and current dangers to fans at ballparks.
