Position Overview:
To provide and promote the rapid and efficient scheduling of patient appointments, maintaining accurate provider schedules and performing clerical duties in an efficient safe manner to expedite patient flow through the use of telephones and computerized scheduling programs.
Qualifications:
Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred:
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Six (6) months of previous medical office experience
- Understanding of basic medical terminology
- Knowledge of insurance plans and heavy phone experience
