About the Department

The Retail function provides Personal and Business Banking customers with financial solutions tailored to their needs. We help them manage their money wisely and meet their financial goals through an extensive range of products and services. These include deposit, insurance, secured and unsecured loans, investment and wealth advisory services.


Personal Financial Services

We design and provide products and services that empower our customers to enjoy greater banking convenience while they extract more value from their money. In particular, we are focused on promoting and developing healthy saving and investment practices across generations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Memonitor dan memastikan pembuatan user akses matrik, CAM group, permintaan setup parameter yang sesuai dengan request dari business unit secara end to end, dan input SAP PEMS dan SAP GL berjalan dengan baik
  • Memastikan proses operational support untuk unit RORC
  • Menonitor proses pendaftaran hari libur nasional pada system aplikasi yang ada agar dapat berjalan dengan baik
  • Melakukan penyesuaian akses group matrik atas dasar perubahan pada organisasi.
  • Memastikan dokumentasi pada operation support dan setting parameter dapat tertata dengan baik, seperti log parameter, department check list, input pembelian material melalui system PEMS
  • Memastikan budget dan cost control dari RORC secara project maupun BAU yang terkontrol dan terdokumentasi. Sehingga nanti dapat membuat budget secara perencanaan dan planning untuk tahun berikutnya
  • Memastikan tidak terdapat temuan-temuan audit (internal dan eksternal) yang telah melewati target waktu penyelesaian.
  • Menindaklanjuti dan menyelesaikan masalah-masalah yang terkait dengan risiko operasional (seperti KRCSA, KORI) dengan menyusun rencana tindakan sesuai dengan target waktu yang ditetapkan.

Job Requirements

  • Pendidikan minimal S 1
  • Pengalaman minimal 8 tahun sebagai setting system parameter manager
  • Mengetahui system banking
  • Memahami Risk Operation secara baik
  • Memahami business Process and system process
  • Pernah memiliki team atau sebagai manager dengan 4-5 orang staff
