JOB DESCRIPTION
The CFO is broadly accountable for the administrative, financial & accounting, and risk management operations of the company at the Global level, including the development of a financial and operational strategy, identifying, and tracking relevant KPIs, and the ongoing development and monitoring of control systems to preserve company assets and report accurate financial results
QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
- Must have a current CPA license
- An MBA is preferred
This position requires the following qualifications (at a minimum):
- Excellent MRP/ERP experience and GAAP accounting practice is must to estimate and track working capital, raw materials, capital expenditures, and inventory build requirements. Also need to be an expert in Accounting system with CYSPRO knowledge.
- CPA with US GAAP practice expert. Should have good understanding and experience in Transfer pricing between different countries and USA , and also in Export & Import compliances and accounting.
- Excellent written and spoken communication and presentation skills.
- Strong leadership, management, and team-building skills.
- In-depth knowledge of finance, accounting, and numeracy.
- Excellent analytical and predictive modeling skills.
- Strong work ethic.
- Ability to present and defend financial analyses and projections to company stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving attitude and abilities.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in formulating the company's future direction through providing input on the company's business plan, financial and tax strategies, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Develop forward-looking proforma financials (P&L, Balance Sheet, and Statement of Cash Flows).
- Develop, track, and report performance metrics for all departments and the company.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with management team members, shareholders, and 3rd parties.
- Manage the accounting, investor relations, legal, tax, and treasury departments.
- Oversee the financial operations of subsidiary companies and international operations.
- Manage any third parties to which accounting or finance functions have been outsourced.
- Oversee the company's transaction processing system.
- Negotiate cost-effective employee benefit plans, workman's comp insurance, product liability insurance, and other insurance as needed.
- Provide financial analysis and oversight for large transactions including acquisitions, large purchases, distribution agreements contracts, and supplier agreements.
- Personally review and approve all Form 8-K, 10-K, and 10-Q filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission (if the company is publicly held).
- Understand and mitigate key elements of the company's risk profile.
- Monitor all open legal issues involving the company, and legal issues affecting the industry; ensure that the company complies with all legal and regulatory requirements.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
