```Duties```
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including text, image, and video posts
- Monitor and analyze social media trends, audience insights, and competitor activity to optimize content performance
- Manage social media accounts, including scheduling and publishing posts, responding to comments and messages, and maintaining brand consistency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with marketing campaigns and business objectives
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing
```Experience```
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, their respective audiences, and best practices for each platform
- Experience with social media management tools for scheduling, analytics, and reporting
- Strong research skills to identify relevant topics, industry trends, and competitor strategies
- Proficient in proofreading and editing content for grammar, spelling, clarity, and consistency
- Excellent relationship management skills to engage with followers, influencers, and other stakeholders
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and strategies for driving online sales through social media channels
- Basic understanding of web design principles and graphic design tools for creating visually appealing social media content
- Knowledge of Google Analytics or other web analytics tools to track website traffic from social media referrals
