Responsibilities:
- Handle high amounts of incoming calls
- Identify and evaluate customers' needs to deliver satisfaction

- Some proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative is preferred
- Strong phone administration skills and active listening capabilities
- Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees
- Strong attention to detail
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and control time effectively
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: High School diploma or GED required
- Experience: 1 year of customer service experience required
