Responsibilities:

  • Handle high amounts of incoming calls
  • Identify and evaluate customers' needs to deliver satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Some proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative is preferred
  • Strong phone administration skills and active listening capabilities
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and control time effectively

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Education: High School diploma or GED required
  • Experience: 1 year of customer service experience required
