Job Description
  • Technically adept and articulate on sharing agronomic expertise for the success of growers
  • Responsible for both assessment and planning of all BTL (below-the-line) activities aimed to support NK® corn hybrids
  • Accountable for the effective and efficient execution of BTL activities to meet business goals in a specific territory
  • Guides/mentors partner FPs (field promoters) on proper execution of all BTL activities
  • Accountable for building a strong farmer database to support both current and future campaigns
  • Must lead the selection and retention of key growers who can act as strong link between the company and other growers within a specific territory
  • Must be highly capable on managing grower inquiries/complaints, turning them into growth drivers rather than field deterrents
  • Must be capable on reading competitor strengths and weaknesses, current offerings and reports timely to Grower Success Manager and/or Marketing Effectiveness Manager
  • Coordinates/collaborates with CSLs (Channel Success Leads) for priorities/goals alignment within a specific territory
