About the RoleThe Human Resources Assistant is a key player in Finity’s HR Department and supports our workforce in Finity’s mission to reduce health care costs for vulnerable populations. High growth opportunity exists in this role for the right candidate. The successful candidate:
- Coordinates employee onboarding and offboarding, including but not limited to initiating background check requests, ensuring required paperwork is complete, and answering hire and exit questions.
- Assists with recruitment efforts including interview scheduling, screening, and candidate communications.
- Serves on Finity committees by request, including but limited to Social Media Committee and Policy Committee.
- Maintains and updates HR records and employee personnel files.
- Completes required HR audits and tracking with high degree of accuracy.
- Responds to employee inquiries and supports Finity employees in a knowledgeable, responsive, and thorough manner.
- Assists in preparing HR reports, presentations, and special projects.
- Assists in maintaining compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Maintains KPI benchmarking data through tracking in multiple HR areas.
- Ensures excellent internal customer service and high-quality HR products to Finity staff and external partners.
- Is comfortable with positive change associated with company growth.
- Maintains strict confidentiality requirements.

Requirements:- 3+ years of experience in providing high-level administrative support; HR function preferred.
- Strong interest in HR, law, change management, or organizational development.
- Healthcare or technology industry experience a plus.
- 2+ years of data entry experience.
- Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion, professionalism, and neutrality.
