WHAT YOU’LL DO
Oversee setup, execution, cleanup, and accountability for all bars. Stock glassware, sodas, juices, back bars, front bars, and any other equipment set for bar. Assist Bartenders In maintaining adequate amounts of supplies, including liquor beer wine ice and dry stock. Transport and replace all items needed. Maintain cleanliness of bar areas, and event spaces.
WHAT YOU BRING
- One year restaurant (food industry) experience preferred. Well organized, detail-oriented, with excellent follow-up skills.
