The Restaurant Supervisor possess strong leadership, communication and relationship skills. He/She is expected to support senior leadership by developing and assuming basic leadership responsibilities. This role leads other associates by coaching, giving direction and may include training, scheduling, payroll and interviewing, procuring product, marketing and helping staff with whatever they need to make them thrive while at work. The Supervisor must demonstrate fundamental food and beverage knowledge and ensure that each outlet (MKT, Q Kitchen | Bar, Sauced on Losoya) is equipped with the essential supplies. The supervisor is responsible for the overall success of service and is expected to maintain a strong presence on the floor. These are just a few of the core job duties you will be required to execute but are not limited to.

This position plays a significant role in the overall performance of the food and beverage outlets, which includes product quality and service standards. Qualifications

  • A minimum of 1-3 years of hotel or restaurant management or leadership or comparable experience preferred
  • 2+ years of hotel and/or food & beverage experience.
  • Refined verbal and written communication skills
  • Present a professional appearance and confidence
  • Candidates should be extremely detail oriented, organized and be able to handle a fast-paced environment
  • Strong time management & multi-tasking skills with the ability to work well under pressure
  • Demonstrate positive leadership characteristics, which inspire employees to exceed standards and expectations
  • Expert knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Excellent customer service and interface skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and to delight customers
  • Strong food, N/A beverage, and alcohol knowledge
